Age-Based Valuation (Condition No Longer a Factor)
- Up to 2 years old: 45% of original purchase price
- 2 to 3 years old: 35% of original purchase price
- 4 years or older: 25% of original purchase price
We've removed condition-based criteria entirely—your table's age determines your trade-in value, no questions asked!
For Non-GTT Owners
25% of Original Purchase Price
Simply provide valid proof of purchase for your current major brand game table, and you'll receive 25% credit toward a brand-new Game Theory Table.

Terms & Conditions
ELIGIBILITY
- For GTT Tables: You must be the original owner who purchased directly from Game Theory Tables.
- For Non-GTT Tables: Valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for your current major brand game table to receive the 25% credit.
We will verify your order in our system to establish trade-in value.
TRADE-IN VALUE
- Age-Based (GTT Only): Trade-in credit is based solely on your table's age. Condition is not a factor; however, tables must be fully assembled with all original parts.
- Non-GTT 25% Credit: This offer applies only to major brand game tables, subject to your verification of original purchase price.
FINAL INSPECTION & ADJUSTMENTS
- Missing Parts / Severe Damage: While we no longer base valuation on cosmetic condition, missing parts or extreme structural damage may reduce or negate your credit.
- Confirmation of Credit: Once your table arrives at our facility, we will confirm age verification, ownership verification, and completeness of parts. If discrepancies arise, we reserve the right to adjust the trade-in credit accordingly.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
- Return to Deny: We reserve the right to accept or deny trade-ins on a case-by-case basis.
- Use of Returned Products: Game Theory Tables has sole discretion over how returned tables are utilized-whether refurbished, donated or resold.
PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
- Personal Information: We do not share your personal information with any third parties except shipping vendors as necessary for logistical purposes.
COMMITMENT TO FAIRNESS & TRANSPARENCY
- Our Goal: We aim to offer a seamless, transparent process for upgrading. Our team is dedicated to ensuring all valuations are handled with integrity and open communication.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Arbitration Agreement: By participating in the Critical Trade-In Initiative, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration, waiving the right to legal action against Game Theory Tables.
