We want to make the ordering and receiving of your gorgeous custom game table a pleasant experience, so please take a look at our return and warranty policy.

Game Theory Tables would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom game table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.

We will honor exchanges and refunds on all Game Theory Tables products up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for all tables. In the event your game table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at support@GameTheoryTables.com.

BEFORE PRODUCTION

All orders (game tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are 100% refundable and cancellable without a fee for 24 business hours. After 24 business hours, a 15% cancellation fee on the entire order will be applied as we will begin preparing your materials for production. All pre-orders (marked as such on the product page) will be 100% refundable till production has begun after which, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED

Change requests or cancellations are subject to a 30% fee on the entire order after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Game Theory Tables products are proudly finished in the USA in our Las Vegas facilities. All tables and products are inspected to our exacting standards and must pass our number one test, “Would we be proud to show this off to our family and friends?”

We stand behind our products with a lifetime guarantee on non-consumable components, meaning that you can rest assured your poker game in good hands.

We back our tables with a limited lifetime structural warranty so you can rest easy that your BBO/GTT table will be the center of your game for years to come! Our warranty covers the table’s structure, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it withstands its intended load without failure or significant deformation. Consumable components such as table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam components are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These items naturally wear with use but are available for purchase and replacement on our website. Our chairs, ottoman, and benches are covered under a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from customer modifications or improper use including but not limited to:

Damage due to use not intended for the product such as rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limit, standing or climbing, etc.

Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents

Inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)

Warranty is Non-Transferable: Valid only for the original purchaser.

Electronics: Electronic components are warrantied for 2 years from the date of delivery.

LED Customizations: Modifying or customizing LED components will void the warranty.

Refinishing the Table: Any refinishing or modifications to the table will void the warranty.

Assembly Adjustments: Incorrect assembly adjustments can void the warranty, so please follow our assembly guidelines.

Improper Use voids the warranty. Examples of improper use include but are not limited to rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limits, standing or climbing, etc.

BBO Poker Tables and Game Theory Tables will provide replacement components for valid warranty claims. Replacements will be shipped to you, and you’ll be responsible for installation, as we do not offer in-house technician services. We’re committed to keeping your BBO/GTT table and chairs at the center of your gaming experience.

All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to Support@GameTheoryTables.com. Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.

Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.
