- Step 2: Material Preparation (Days 1–7) Your materials are sourced and prepared. We select the finest wood and components to match your specifications.
- Step 3: Production & Inspection (Days 8–21) Your table is crafted, assembled, and undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection. Only when it passes our "Would we show this to our family?" test is it crated for shipping.
- Step 4: Departure Your table leaves our facility and begins its journey to your home.
What Are the Available Shipping Options?
We offer flexible shipping tiers to balance speed and budget (options may vary by region):
- Standard Shipping (Ocean Freight): The most economical choice. Your table travels via ocean freight to a regional hub before final local delivery. Typical Transit: 7–14 days after production.
What Is Your Warranty & Return Policy?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with industry-leading protection.
- Lifetime Structural Warranty: We cover the table's main structure (materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet) for life. If it fails under intended load or deforms, we fix it.
- 2-Year Electronics & Seating Warranty: Electronic components (including the Arena display) and all seating (chairs, benches) are covered for 2 years.
- What Isn’t Covered? Consumable items that naturally wear over time—such as the table finish, armrest fabric, and playing surface layouts—are not covered but can be easily replaced via our shop.

within 30 days of delivery.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
