Great question! All Game Theory Tables (GTT) are backed by a lifetime warranty on non-consumable parts. Non-consumable parts refer to the structural integrity and craftsmanship of the table including fasteners, legs and feet, and finish. Not included in the lifetime warranty are the consumable components which get wear as a result of normal use, these include playing surface and foam components.
While all our tables feature an optional dining top, they are not included in the standard price of the table (except the Helmsley and X2 Mini Tables).
Our tables ship from our warehouse in the SF Bay Area.
We ship for FREE to the lower 48 states.
Our lead times depend on the level of customizations you get. For tables with the standard mat playing surface, we ship out in 24 hours. For tables with custom playing surfaces, please add 1-3 business days. For tables with vinyl armrests, please add 7-10 business days.
Game Theory Tables would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy: we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage. We will honor exchanges and refunds on all our products up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and the freight must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for custom tables (Custom Graphic, Template Design, Exotic Vinyl, Etc.) In the event your game table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at support@gametheorytables.
Absolutely. All our playing surface options are water-resistant. So don't worry if you spill! Just dab the spill with a dry cloth and you're good to go.
